Camper Care & Calls to Camp

We understand how difficult it may be for some of you to have your children away from home. We respect your concerns and in order to better facilitate answers, please refer to the list below that will help you understand who to contact:

Email Camper Care if you have questions about your camper's:

A special email service for parents to correspond with our Camper Care Coordinators. Any messages sent to this address will be answered within 24 hours (except for messages received on Shabbat). This is not a mail service for campers – these emails will not be forwarded to your child/en.

Emergency Calls

The camp telephone number is 845.677.3411. If you are calling in an emergency situation outside of normal business hours, please leave a message on our answering machine. On Shabbat and in the evenings, the machine is checked regularly (approximately every 3-4 hours) and emergency calls are returned immediately.

We will respond within 24 hours. We would appreciate if you would use the email service or email the office rather than calling, since the volume of calls can sometimes be quite overwhelming.

Please note:

Campers are not permitted to use the phone to either make or receive calls, except in very specific situations. Telephone calls can be very disruptive to your child’s acclimatization to camp life. Should you have a question about your child, please email us at the Camper Care email address above, or call the camp office at 845.677.3411 and we will be happy to put you in touch with the Camp Care Coordinator, or with the Camp Director.
